yes, secret marriage is legal. You can get married in court.
Secondly befoore doing this, a marriage would be full of happiness with consent from parents. Think again about what i just said now.
Marriage is not only union of your love and you but also family becomeing one. In marriage where life is responsibilty the family members will be only helpful.
