I DO!
HE DOES NOT DESERVE THE ECW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!

Yes.. They are pushing him far too much. At the most he should be contending for an Intercontinental or US championship, not a world championship. He doesn't have the charisma, the mic skills and he hasn't paid is dues yet. A lot of guys go years as jobbers before they get to be headliners... but this is why ECW is the worst of the WWE brands.

I agree, and Lashley has no heat behind him whatsoever, and he'll never have any. Vince should know it's a lost cause when people want Monty Brown to take the strap from him within one week of him debuting as Marc Cor Van. Lashley's just a waste of space. The boy had ample time to train with two of the greatest ring vets in the business for about six months on smackdown, and his improvement since his feud and matches with Finlay and Regal is nil. It's time to scrap'em, Batista too while you're at it. It's just not a big man's world anymore

Yeah, I'm sorry but there is nobody REALLY good in ECW right now. When Big Show had the title - he made the title a joke by not defending it properly. RVD might make a good champ, but he has been defeated latley. I would love to see CM Punk win the strap, but even he has had a few defeats recently (too bad). Lashley is holding his own. (I know its scripted - but it sure is fun)

(I would love to see Lashley squash Umaga like a grape)

I like Lashley and think he is very talented, however I do believe that he should have worked on his mic skills alot longer so he could do a more convincing interview. Also WWE needs to be realistic about him, there have been guys around 500 lbs that have been thrown into cages at full speed and the cage did not give way, so there is no way that he actually would have plowed over the cage.

it truly is undesirable organization reachable soemone one among your champisonship belts and make him look below invincible, until eventually for storyline purposes you want a transitional champion for below a month (see: part) that is likewise the reason many human beings hate John Cena - he has held the belt for see you later, beating HHH, King Booker, the massive coach, Umaga, and others alongside the way that followers are drained of him and see him as fairly of a shaggy dog tale (do not get me incorrect - there are Cena followers available - i'm in reality talking about the haters available) ECW went right now into the crapper even as RVD and Sabu were dumb sufficient to be stuck with pot by technique of a state trooper. Up until eventually then, ECW gave the look to be construction steam with RVD as ECW/WWE champion, Sabu in some significant feuds and "spotfest galore" suits, and Tommy Dreamer quietly having good suits contained in the historic past. Then the pot bust got here about and each little thing went into the crapper. RVD and Sabu were buried, CM Punk is primed to flow to Smackdown or raw, different expertise were shrink or stop, and the writers have struggled to get the "New Blood" storyline over because the former Monty Brown, Kevin Thorn, and Matt Striker could be jobbers everywhere else - and they are on the most suitable fringe of the rush for ECW. What a shame. even as Hardcore Holly (a stiff, boring wrestler if there ever became one) is the subsequent best call on your organization next to the champ, you recognize that champ Lashley is going to be pushed huge.

I believe they are pushing him to hard, but it doesnt bother me at all its not like this ECW is anywhere near what the ECW was. Nor are there many fans of the original ECW which was better than anything you have on tv today happy with what has become of ECW.

Like the ECW Championship is some kind of big deal? It no better than the old NWA TV championship if you ask me.

I don't know what you mean. They saw the potential he had and contimplated giving him a World Heavywight Title, than they realized that he was to new for it. They than decided that since ECW is a second rate one hour show with very terrible ratings, why not give him the title their to prepare him for the real thing. It was a good decision by WWE.

He's getting the Superman push that Brock Lesnar received in 2002. Honestly, you can just call Lashley, "Black Lesnar". On top of that, Vince has a hard on for big wrestlers.
