Dont be bothered by them. Anyway, who do they think they are by 'fighting' here ?_? Do you think by 'fighting' here the government will pay them some money for speaking up ?_?

i am a malaysian, malay. I have plenty of singaporean chinese friends. Singaporean malay tend to look at me differently. Maybe because i am not as malay as they think i should be. Unlike them I dont say words that ends with -seh. My chinese malaysian friends also have problems with chinese singaporeans. So i dont really know what is the big deal. But i do know a fact. We in malaysia are laid back types but in singapore, if u dont work, u wont see any money, and if u have no money, means u are losing out on opportunities. By certain age they have certain aim they have to meet. Things like getting a life partner so they can buy housing development board (hdb) flats. The last time i know, single person under the age of 35 are not entitle to buy hdb flats. Some singaporeans love to marry malaysian. Its more for the future coz they know life here is less stressful. And if u are single, u can still buy a house to live in. But singapore has fantastic transportation system, our country can never match. Bribery is also unheard of. So there is pros and cons for both. I love singapore as much as i love malaysia. To me we are all the same, trapped in the roof of different yet somewhat similar lifestyle and government.

I heard about the same rumours too but I have no problem with any singaporean that I have encounter with. One of which I still keep in touch is one of the nicest guy I know. So no problem here. Its all in our fragile human mind. The mind tend to get corrupted at times hence the nasty behaviour from either party. You cant change the world but you can make a difference from the people around you. Take care

There are always unsatisfied people in any country. There are always negative thinking people somewhere sometime. Let us not to be bothered by them. Remember, life is not a rat race. Life is about helping one another regardless of race and religion. Sometimes we ordinary people are being played and orchastrated by politicians and end up that we fight against each other while the politicians just look from top and clasp their hands.
Remember, life is short...live to the fullest after all life in hereafter that is permenant and forever.

I'm an American and I see the same thing here about religion and politics.

There will always be people who have a hard time showing respect for there fellow man.

I agree with you. If we could all get along the world would be a beautiful place for all.

Hello Shayna, nee how ma?
If you are referring to azayi1 http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AoGHSgUs0j81jluuUGQRTirsy6IX?qid=20070306023958AAOthZ1&show=7#profile-info-3e2c9d9fa72fdfbc932f0b8af223560faa (your second edit) it's because he and some fellow nicknamed 'Ron Lim' from Singapore were fighting a lot in here a few weeks ago and it was Ron Lim who was the aggressive one and left Azayi1 always having to defend himself and Malaysia (you can read through Azayi1's questions and answers profile if you would like to get a better picture)
