Doing Pilates can make the body appear longer and leaner... also, dressing in such a way that elongates the leg line works as a disguise of sorts. Choose pants that have a darker hue, and aren't cropped short or close to the ankle. Also, wearing heels, especially those with pointed toes, help to lengthen your leg line. Avoid wearing short mini-type skirts, and, whatever you do, don't bring attention to a long torso by wearing anything that reveals your midriff, as it will make legs look even shorter.

There is a very simple solution to your problem and it doesn't involve plastic surgery neither it costs a lot of money. First of all go get your self a pair of high heals . If you dress in only one colour your body will look taller and your legs longer.
Avoid capri trousers.
P.S. Walking with your head up, shoulders back and full with confidence can make even the shortest, ugliest legs look perfect.

or pay a lot to have doctors add bone to yur legs. Yes they can do this by breaking the legs and stretching them out putting material between the bone parts and letting it grow together.
Actually I would suggest you just be who you are and have a good liffe

You can wears heels, but if you not comfortable then try long skirts....
Long Skirts make you look tall.
You should never weep, be grateful for what god has given you.

A mideivel machine called the rack usually does well. The only drawback is that it usually pulls your hips out of socket.

not a chance but maybe try dressing to look taller and wear some 5 inch heels, where abouts are you cause the bigger stores can help you
