In reality America stretches from the southren most tip of Chile to the northern most part of Canada, so why not stop insulting the othere 80% of America and start calling yourselves something that actually makes sense and doesn't stroke your fat stupid egos??????

Everytime i've been in canada...i was referred to as a yankee rather than american. I've been called that in a few different countries....that along with the human chimney... (my smoking habits taught me the word chimney in 5 different languages).
We can't be called United...cuz the airline stole that name already.
Statian.......people down south will confuse that wtih stadium.
U.S. AMerican could work....but then we're lazy and will just say american.

Well, then we'd have to call ourselves Statesmen, or United people, and that sounds silly. Besides, I don't think most of the US realizes there are other countries when we're not at war with them...
