I write poetry, paint, draw, take pictures. but when I'm really stressed out I lift weights until I feel like I'm about to burst, or I go outside and scream at the top of my lungs.

i really enjoy going running to relieve stress. i havn't gone in a long time and am quite out of shape in that arena but intend to pick it up soon. it has actually been proven that physical exercise is very beneficial because it relieves stress and increases seratonin (hormone that makes you happy) levels

I like to watch movies alone. Netflix is my best friend. I can act out without embarassment with fright, laughter, what have you. I also started a yoga class. That relaxes me as well.

go to the gym and run for half an hour, swim after that.. then go home, shut the door and scream.. you will much better after that
