No - by its very nature, the loss of innocence is knowledge, and that's something you can't return.
Of course, you can always hope for serious brain damage, but that's kinda far to go to enjoy that period of your life again.

I don't think its possible for an adult to recapture his/her innocence. But to recapture your youth, yes, I think that's possible. I have done that in the eyes of my 3 year old son. Its wonderful to see the world thru his eyes.
