What does it mean when the pop up "upgrades are ready for your computer"?

Are you suppose to click on to it, I always ignore it.

It means you're running XP... and that you've set up it's auto update feature to ask you before installing patches.

It probably also means your PC isn't being patched...

it upgrades your windows
