my work mate comes out with some things sometimes about sex where i am the opposite and more reserved about such topics.
Anyway one day she said how her mother told her after sex to always go to the toilet (a woman) and flush yourself out down there.
Is this what you are meant to do after having sex?
My work mate says all girls are supposed to do it. what do you think?

I do it just because I dont like to lie there in bed with semen dripping out of me. I'm married, so we dont use a condom.
But, men and women should both always urinate soon after sex. It flushes out the urethra to prevent getting a urinary tract infection. Having sex can often force germs into the urethra and cause infection.

I was told by a doctor that you should not douche that your body has natural ways to clean down there. And it is bad for you. You should of course wash yourself after sex but I do not think you should douche. I have a lot of girlfriends that have heard the same from there doctors. First of all unless you are married you should be having protected sex if you are having it so there should be nothing to clean out.................Remember there are plenty of dangers in sex and the biggest one is AIDS. If you must play, play safe.

What I've heard might be what you're talking about. After sex, a girl is supposed to go use the toilet and pee. This is to prevent a urinary tract infection. My girlfriend & I did not know this, and she told me that it burned when she peed for about 2 weeks. She asked her friends and that's what they told her.

not only the girl but the boy also should urinate after having sex. it prevents infections. condoms are not always very effective. so its good to clean up after having sex to avoid chances of getting pegnant. it is a healthy thing to do.

I guess it is a matter of hygiene. To clean yourself up after sex depends if there are "fluids" left at your thigh etc If there isn't, then you don't need to do that.

Not flush yourself up but jst a clean up will do.. Pee.. Wash a little with soap and go and get some sleep..
The next moring u can shower... This is wat i do and i don see myself gettin poisioned.. gee..
