How do I get a game I invented recognized as an educational tool?

Is there an institution or something that can accredit or recognize my invention as an educational tool?

Wasn't there a TV show about next American inventor or soemthing like that? A guy who was in the finals invented a learning game...I don't know, but you could check it out and see where it leads you.
