If you can find another job, then quit. Think twice before you do it. Is complaining against your boss the best option? Who will win ultimately? He is boss and not a manager.

All contract workers in Singapore still have certain right, such as annual leave, 14 day medical leave and etc required by MOM. If you are determine to quit, then you may make a complain to MOM.

Most of people have a problem in a job like you for lifelong. Before quiting this job or any job in future you must have a secured income which covers the inflation of future and also maintains the present lifestyle you maintain.

i would definetly go above your boss's head if he has been uncommunicative, a liar, and mean. if you feel uncomfortable, then rat him out behind his back. i hope he, and all other crappy bosses in the world ROT.
