I believe if you are born in the west bank you are considered palestinian but if an arab is born in Israel i.e. Tel aviv, alud, e.t.c. they are considered an israeli arab. Palestinians are typically muslim, chrisitian or druze, however according to wikipedia they can also be samaritan and jews. Middle easterners especially in the Palestinian, Jordanian, Lebanon and Syrian area skin color ranges, some are blond hair blue eyes and some are as dark as Africans. I think its due to their ancestry. Palestinians and Jews are genetically close.
