I didn't see that "question" but people like hiding behind their computers and typing whatever they like. I found not to take it personal but to answer them intelligently and honestly and hopefully they get the attention they need to stop demanding it from people, they should instead strive for respect from people, something that is earned....

I hope this would show the freedom of speech in USA ... during the Regan Administration ... first or second I forget now ... one day just before he was to go on a Nation wide TV broadcast the tech team ran a voice test ... President Regan was in a jovial mood and in the Press Reporters crowd gathered in the room ... a lady Correspondent has had her recorder 'on' ... and with the signal to 'go' ... President Regan spoke into the mike : "I have just ordered the Nuclear bombing of Moscow" ... and everybody had a hearty laugh ... and the story got out of the room thru that recorder that was on ... a few columns were written in papers and magazines ... and the incident fizzzled out.
Suppose an incident of this nature took place in a country where people open their mouths to feed themselves only ... I leave the rest to your imagination ...................thanks

The USSR threatened to launch ballistic missiles (non-nuclear tipped) at London and Paris during the Suez Crisis. This information has only been declassified during recent times. Sent Downing Street/Foreign Office in to quite a fit.

I can't see the question he wrote in your link (not displaying)... but if it was followed by... "if they launched an attack on UK"... then yes that would be acceptable. Russia only understands strength. They are less likely to attack someone who can defend themselves (with miscalculations made about Finland and Afganistan).
