What can I do for her when she is back in the office?

Talk to her about it, offer to follow her home, or at least out to her car, and make sure no one is in it too. It is a trauma that they can get over with time, but it helps to have friends to talk to and guys who are willing to help them through, by walking with them until they are safe.

It depends on how independent she is on a normal day. Is she the kind of person that likes for others to fuss over her? If not, then you might want to wait until she comes to you. If she does approach you right away, but asks you a silly question or is not making any sense, then she most likely wants to talk to someone about it.
I'm really sorry your friend had to go through this, but I'm sure she knows you're there for her.
Hope this helps.

Offer to go to a self defense class with her so it won't happen again. You have to have a partner for all the techniques, and it helps when you already know the person. No sense living in fear when there's something you can do about it.

Or go with her to get her concealed weapons license.
Kudos to you for being a good friend!

If it isn't putting you out, you could offer to walk her home until she feels better.

Talk to her, console her, offer to walk with her to her car, etc.

Sneak up on her and scream "give me all your money!" On second thought, you better not. How 'bout a sympathy card or something?
