Never. Although it will not damage you to not bath, it will increase your likelyhood of carring diseases, infection, and of course, your body odor. You can never spontaneously clean, only your body's oils will break down the dirt on your skin and hair.

That only works if you've been in the woods, it's part of the camper's secret code...it's on page 48 of the book, but all the conspiracy theorists ripped that page out after they realized what was going on, so it's hard to find a copy that's still intact.
