I just bought:
playstation 3
HDMI to HDMI cable (6ft)
resistance
extra wireless controller
All for $690 brand new. I even had the owner of the store open the ps3 and resistance for me to play. Did i make a good deal? what you think? It is for my wife.

Price wise you did make a good deal. As for long term? That remains to be seen. Right now the Wii is flying off the shelves while Sony takes a hit. I have a Wii personally and the entire household loves it. Until the library increases, the price drops, and a good number of killer apps come out, I'm staying away from the PS3. I'll look to 360 for my "PS3 fix".

Its a good deal since its brand new . The Nitendo WII does not give you the sensation of using a remote control, Plus, Playstation 3 is cooler.
