Is it normal to be nervous when starting a new job? And... how long till I know if I'm happy there or not? :)

Yes it is normal!

Sometimes it depends on whether it is in your field of expertise or if its a completely foreign experience. One could be excitement and the other would most definitely be nerves. Lots of things can be a factor to being nervous, including age ,first job you ever had ,if their was relocation involved or it might be a condition of someone's personality . Be positive and create a check list for yourself the first day if you need it , might make you feel calmer going in with a plan of attack.(the job that is)

Good luck and keep your future in your sights .

It's OK to be a BIT nervous. It is not OK to be very nervous, you will make mistakes and look weird. just calm down,, remember the skills that got you there and be calm and reliable, take your time, people at the office smell nervousness like sharks smell blood.

wait until you feel comfortable doing your day to day tasks. learn how to do everything before you judge. congrats, and good luck!
