Quit making it easy for them by giving them just enough to continue to be poor comfortably. Force them to work for what they need and to educate themselves so they can live a better life. Wonder how those rich people got rich? They busted their humps for it and made an effort to get off their lazy butts and actually do something. Poor people choose to be poor, they may not like their choice but it's the one they are making and continue to make. There is alot of money out there all you gotta do is go for it!

stop illegal immigration,have mandatory summer camps where under priviledged kids work summers in the fields replacing the illegals at a decent wage,allowing them to earn money for the winter,no more paying for certain races to have a 70% unwed birthrate,mandatory minimum federal jail terms of 20 years for any type selling of drugs,or agree to be sent overseas for the 20 years to a host country that would agree to take them to work in their industries,no federal or state welfare payments without a board of federal doctors certifying disability or need......that ought to be a good start
