Why there is a different meaning if a girl says something to his boyfrined?

There is a book says, "Girls speaks Venusian, Boys speak Martian".
Girls speak using both sides of brains, boys only use one side of the brains (scientific).
Girls talk to think, boys think to talk (psychologic).
Girls are "different at heart & lips", boys are "heart & lips are one" (Chinese sayings).
To boys, words are representations to meanings. To girls, words are means to channel their feelings (linguistic).

There also a cultural factor, too. What do you think if a girl directly ask a boy to go out? Seems desperate, right? Instead, she can only give the boy signals.

It's nature. Except, she has something else in mind. Try to cheat or deceiving, for example.
Sometimes, girls are also selfish in regard to this matter. Girls says something other else than she actually mean. When the boys doesn't understand, girls say "boys never grow up". This is girls pride talking. If the boys do something what girls do (words not equal to meaning, and pride), girls say "boys are ego maniac & selfish". Do you think it's fair & logical?
