Kissonerga is about 35/40 km from Paphos Airport between Paphos and Coral Bay. When you hire the car you should be provided with a map...though each time we have been to Cyprus or anywhere that we would be using a car, we buy a map and take it with us. Kissonerga is not a large place so you should be able to find Paphian Sun quite easily. If you are unsure about the location when you get there, just ask for directions while you are at the car hire. Cypriots are very friendly and will have no probs helping you get to where you want to go.
Basically though you turn left out of the airport onto the main road, head towards Paphos and you will come to a roundabout. There are a couple of ways from there but if you go left and look out for signs to the Tomb of the Kings which is on the coast road...turn right onto that road and follow it out of Paphos past the Tombs (wonderful to see). Kissonerga is on a road running parallel to the one you will be on so just look out for signs to it.

OLD ROAD:(37km=23miles)From the airport turn left and drive through the Yeroskipou village,on the first round about turn left and drive through Pafos tourist area next to the most of the hotels,passing the fortress of the old down,follow the main road to the traffic lights,turn left, pass Tombs of the Kings, pass all the apartments and hotels on your way to Coral bay,enjoy the scenery and in no time you will arrive at Kissonerga Village
NEW ROAD: it is more complicated because you will have to drive half way on the high way and half way through the town and to join the same route like the first one

You have already received two comprehensive replies but why don't you try and call the hotel over the phone to be on the safe side?
