Craig Ferguson the late night talk show host..does a really good job of disguising his voice when he does different skits.
Practice by listening and talking with your American friends.
Kind of how Hillary sounded like a southerner the other day in Selma,Alabama.

Hire the movie "Fargo" and try your best to sound like them. Fantastic mid-western accent, not like the bland east/west coast accents you normally hear.

Watch some movies. No southern US, East Coast, or Fargo. Try to speak in monotone for a while.

there are call centre training coaching centres in all over the country. they have short term course go adn join them. they will have placement service too. if u learn well they will get u a job too.

watching TV is the best way to pick it up other than hanging out with friends who talk the way you want to..another way is to check out "audio books" at the library and listen to the readers since they pick only the best voiced people to read

look up a speech therapist...or if you live in LA...try dialogue coaches..they use them all the time in the movies..good luck
