At the present year the population of India is around 110 crores.The birth per second rates are higher than ever and the improved medical conditions have helped in decreasing deaths.I wish i could agree with you but owing to the present conditions i cannot.

On the contrary it will be more, because the population keeps changing every minute and there is more births per minute than deaths per minute.
