Well, if this "war" as you call it would have ended when W stood on the deck of that aircraft carrier saying "Mission Accomplished" we wouldn't have a body count of over 3,500 dead troops! We are not fighting a war, we are occupying a country that does not want us there. Bush's "war on terror" as the he and the conservatives call it, is one of ideologies and those cannot be won.

I am still trying to figure out what our Mission is. Then I can decide if I think the objective is obtainable.
I am also confused about the difference between withdrawing from Iraq and withdrawing from the War on Terror. Are they the same?
Can the war be waged in the desert instead of Baghdad?
Where are all the explosives coming from can't the Military find them or do they have explosive superstores?
I will see how the War on Drugs was won and apply lesson learned to my forming views on War on Terror.

I know, and I often blame the media over making an issue of someone dying, even though I feel for the mothers of those sons risking their lives. People die in war, people die for freedom, and the Iraqis that have died before under Saddam Huessein would not have known that their country is being liberated so that everyone can decide the country's decisions now.
People died, likewise, innocently, when terrorists destroyed the trade center, but not many people remember that now when they just want Bush out of office.
It happens every election year, but mostly I blame the media and the payoffs those channels get for supporting a certain candidate.

*sigh*... yes, and someone also forget to tell liberals that we are not fighting a UNIFORM, and it's not that easy to tell the difference between the innocent and the killers over there. Sometimes I wish these liberal f*cktards would get a f*cking life and stand in front of the troops if they cant stand behind them. If we would stop being so politically correct and get the damn job done it would be over and the liberals could go back to their stupid lives.... but NOOOOO, we have to be careful not to piss off the liberal public.

no they've been told but don't want to listen.
it's only allowable to bomb Serbian Christians and Chinese Embassies unilaterally if you're a serial rapist Democrat.
no further attacks of terrorism on our soil, 20 reasons that were VOTED ON to remove Saddam only ONE of them was WMD's, terrorists killed almost as many in ONE DAY as we have lost fighting terrorists in Iraq.
We need to get Iraq done so we can go slap IRAN back to the stone-age where they belong.

I guess than you should be told that when evil men design a false war for their benefit and in which good people are getting killed it is the duty of everyone to bring them home and stop sacrificing more and more good people.

fighting evil? is that what it is now... this war keeps getting more and more vague every time you guys open your mouth...
first it was very specific... WMD... then more vague... to free Iraq... then more vague... to bring democracy to the middle east... then more vague... to fight terrorists (of which you seem to be very fuzzy exactly who the terrorists are and what they are doing)... and now it's just general evil...
when you guys decide on a reason and what you're doing and who exactly you're fighting... let me know...
I personally don't like it when the reasons keep changing...

And did someone forget to tell you that the war wasn't necessary and based on a pack of lies and nobody had to die at all.
