Why are the tenat's banknotes always wrinkled?Looks so strange, but the must be a reason...Why?

is it cause they count their money each day, in and out of their pocket. Trying to make the rent.

Whats a tenat? Ten times a oneat?
Perhaps the notes are old. Dont forget, notes usually pass through ten different hands before they are destroyed as too damaged/worn by the Bank of England.
Whats the job of the person giving you the notes? Sounds as if they may be paid cah in hand so working on the black.

To the best of my knowledge all "tenats" keep banknotes in their rectal cavity--hence the wrinkliness. Apparently, they are kept there b/c that way they always have them with them. Good luck!
