The safe answer for how many safe times in a month is safely NONE!!!!

You can have sex as many times as you want without using a condom. You will probably get pregnant or catch an STD, but other than that you should be OK.
There is never a time when it's "safe" to have unprotected sex. It's not always "safe" to have sex with a condom, either--they break, come off...the best thing to do is wait. If you're not ready to be a mommy or daddy, you're not ready to have sex.

No safe real time.
They should be teaching you that in sex ed. if they are, which most likely they are, you need to pay attention more.
A female can ovulate anytime of the month. No female ovulates at the same time, each time, every month the same. She can before, during or after her period. Some females have had occurasance as ovulating twice and having their cycles not be on time.
Therefore, condom and she should be on birth control incase the condom breaks.

If you really need to ask this you should not be having sex..It is NEVER okay to have sex without a condom because you can get pregnant at anytime and get an STD at anytime.
I suggest you go to the library and check out a Safe Sex book and educate yourself, until you do that keep your pants on.

wow ok, it is questions like this that really make me wonder about the people having sex. If you have sex you need to be mature and smart enogh to have kids. If people dont even understand the basic consepts of human anatomy should they be using their hardware? I dont mean anything personal against the asker, and I am glad that he/she asked the question so that something bad didnt happen- so kudos for that. But we all need to take a step back and remember what sex is about... reproduction. Are you ready and mature enough to have a kid with that person? Then dont have sex with them. No matter how many controseptives you use, there is always the chance that something could happen. Just remember that. Are you willing to have a kid with that person? Then great! Have fun...

there is no time at all that is safe to have sex with out a condom pregnancy is not the only thing it is protecting you from.

Anytime you have sex without a condom you are playing russian roulette with both your bodies. Pregnancy is not the only consquence of not using condoms. Their are so many diseases you can pass along or catch. Please be careful and respect your body.

No time is safe. There are times that you are less likely to get pregnant but no guarantees.
