Trust me, sweetie, it matters, especially the older you get! If I don't get enough rest, drink enough water, take my vitamins, etc. I get dark circles under my eyes, my eyes get all puffy, and I look just tired and worn down. And that goes double if I've had too many drinks the night before! When you're younger, you don't realize just how much your body needs time to rest, recuperate, and rejuvenate itself. And if this is truly a concern, my #1 advice is that it is never too early to start a good skin care regimen... and always use sunscreen!

I think it's true because if you don't get enough sleep, you get bags under your eyes and you're tired and crabby and no one looks pretty when they're feeling run down.
