If it's cotton, use turpentine, if it's any other fabric, test in an inconspicuous area first, as it can damage some fabrics.

Try washing with a laundry booster like Borax or Arm & Hammer Laundry soda. Follow the directions on the box... that stuff is pretty amazing at cleaning tough-to-clean stuff.

try freezing the sap, I know it works for gum.

before you wet it use pine oil...soak it...then wash it in Tide soap and wash and rinse in warm water ....water on high...and extra rinse..it should come right out
