I want automatic withdrawal from my checking account to pay my sprint bill

a lot of banks have bill pay online
you just go to their website and sign up and you can
add payees (sprint would be one of them
or you can contact sprint and they might also have a form
for you to automaticlay withdraw money from your checking account
