I hope so.
It's not like he was convicted of cocaine smuggling, and made donations to the presidents family members to get that pardon. Nor is he a business partner of the president convicted of fraud for a joint investment who is getting pardoned so he can't testify against the president. those would be some of clintons pardonees
After all, he was convicted of lying to a grand jury. You libs seem to think that is ok.

It doesn't matter whether we believe Libby should get a pardon. He is now a convicted felon. His life is ruined... he has fallen from a prestigious six figure job as a noted attorney, an attorney who will surely be disbarred, with no real hope of getting his license back.
The appeal process will be denied, but will take a good 6-9 months, which still leaves Libby at least a year in prison.
Bush will not risk a pardon before the November, 2008 elections, because the fallout against republicans will hurt them at the polls.
Libby will be pardoned by Bush, on Bush's last day in office, putting a nice finale and an ending exclamation point, to a criminal administration that took us into a needless war.

It's pretty likely he will. I doubt he'll serve a single day in the slammer. They'll drag out the appeals until after the elections and then Dubba-yew will pardon him.
Either that or he'll squeal like a pig and cut a deal with the prosecutors.
As a rule, neo-conmen such as Irving Libby, arch-traitor Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Doug Feith, David Frum, and Bill Kristol, not to mention convicted-in-absentia Marc Rich, don't do a lot of prison time for their crimes. Prison is for the stupid goyim.
Otherwise, campaign donations evaporate and media coverage takes a nasty, negative turn for those who dare to persecute the Chosen few.
Onward Christian Soldiers...

He'll get the pardon only as Bush is walking out the White House door after his term is up.
Libby's lawyers will stretch the appeals process till then. He'll never see the inside of a jail.

With Bush's already low ratings, that would be about the most stupid thing to do. What he'll end up doing is to pardon him right before he leaves office after the election next year. At that point, he really has nothing to lose.

to respond to this question, seem at bill Clinton: he replaced into impeached, and nonetheless replaced into waiting to furnish Presidential pardons. So, specific, in spite of if Bush have been impeached, he could desire to nonetheless pardon Scooter Libby. wish it somewhat is effective.

Yes, he will be pardoned, but not until after the election. It's not just GWB that does that, it's not just Clinton that did it, it's every president. How many people got pardons for Iran-Contra?

What is really sad is that Bush will not pardon the two border patrol agents that were protecting our borders from a convicted drug smuggler and illegal alien.
Thank Johnny Sutton and the SPP for that one. Welcome to the new America.

No, it would be suicide. Libby probably will not get more than five years (less then two more like), so it would not even be worth it.
