It hasn't been banned everywhere. Just in some cities and in some places within certain cities. It always comes to a vote and what the citizens of that city vote for. It came to a vote in San Antonio, and we voted against the ban. So, instead, restaurants have to have smoking sections set away from non-smoking sections... but smoking isn't "banned" everywhere in S.A.

OK so here is The MUY PROBLEMA If a 17yr. old , all buckled Up, Just Cruisin, and puffin on a Winston super-slim 120mil. ,High Tar, Lo-Cal,,smooth drawin ,, Mega Ultra Light CIGARETTE, phew!! oh yea if said smoker get pulled over(DRIVER, only Occupant) while smking, and goes to Court.,, Is SHE GUILTY becuse SHE is THE VICTIM ??
