Yes you can. I usually change my tampon when using the restroom though. I don't know why. I just feel better with a fresh tampon after "weeing"

Yes, you can still go potty even with a tampon in. The tampon is inserted in to an area different from where we urinate from. The opening to the bladder is above the opening to the vagina.

Yes, but the string may get wet. The place where you put the tampon, and the place where you "wee" are two different holes.

Yes honey, you can pee with a tampon in. Women have three "holes" down there. One is the urinary meatus, which urine passes through. The next is the vagina, which vaginal bleeding occurs from. And the last is the anus, which BM passes through. As a nurse I have seen this up close and placed catheter's in different women's urinary meatus's.
You may get the string a little wet whe you pee, but it's all good!

Yes. The tampon isn't inserted in the same place where you urinate. You urinate from your urethra while the tampon is placed into the vagina.

Paris,
Yes.
If you can not, it is not inserted/positioned properly.
