Get on Yahoo Q & A , or reread some older emails from my honey, or watch the Lifetime Movie Network. There's some pretty bad movies on at 2 AM.

either I tell myself a story or watch TV or get up and go for a walk or do things in my house, sometimes I try to rub one out but that rarely works to help me sleep.

I answer a few questions on yahoo or reread some emails from my sweetheart or I'll turn on the TV and flip through a few channels.
