Whatever the international code is from finland (most coutries it's 00 or 01) followed by 44, then remove the leading 0 from the England number.

If you're phoning from a mobile (beware of your bill!) just add +44 and again remove the zero.

So to call 01234 567 890 you'd dial +44 1234 567890 from your mobile.

either++44 or 0044. if the number in uk is 01480 then dial,
0044 1480. Same rule applies which ever country you dial, drop the first '0' of the countries number. this applies either to land or mobile phones

'44' is the UK country code.

I am not sure how you dial from a landline in Finland. On mobile phones you would start with a '+'. So '+44...'.

I am sure you have a mobile phone since Finland is the home of Nokia :)

it's 0044 but then after that you lose the first 0 from your area code then dial your actual number.

00 44 then take off the first 0.

So if your number was 01234 567 890

Your friend would call 00 44 1234 567 890
