Your children all have beautiful and classic names! I can't imagine why someone would criticise them...I personally like them!
They all have a certain smooth sound to them, the first and middle names are all paired well...you really know how to pick names! =)
Don't listen to what anyone else has to say! If YOU like the names, that's all that matters.

Well my middle name is Grace and I love it.
I am from a family who takes pride in keeping family names going to. So I can really appreciate the fact that you are using some family names. My son Tyler Alden I know a little old fashion with Alden But it comes through 4 generations. My daughter was named after a cabbage patch doll I had when I was a kid Victoria Trista. Give a big HOOT HOOT to Xavier Roberts for that one. But the doll was my first baby. I love your kids names. Don't worry about what other people say. People should be flattered that you would want ot use their names.

I love the names... classic yet still sounding fresh. Awesome!!! (And I'm really picky about names, too.)
Max is just the name for everybody's friend. William is obviously royal.
Mia is cute. And Grace is perfect for a middle name.
Anna is classic and Sophia is perfectly lovely.
Dylan is a little edgy, modern and fun. James is sophisticated and trustworthy.
Great names!!!
The people who criticize? Who knows their taste in names??
They probably want to name their kids Hennessy Stylar or some other strange names like Zoelle Madiscott...
And I personally like an old-fashioned twist... very trustworthy and respectable. I can see a doctor named Mia Grace... but would you trust a doctor named Zoelle to operate on you?

I love that each of the names has a significant meaning to a different person in your life, and I love the names! But i do see why they would critisize a couple of them.. Max William doesn't have a good flow, and don't sound well together. Individually each name is wonderful, but put together, it sounds off balance. and Mia Grace is the same way- great names but put together off balance. The middle names are very formal and old-fashioned and sophisticated, but the first names sound like nicknames, modern and too short. put together they make that off balance sound. Anna Sophia and Dylan James both sound great because they don't have this balance problem- length and sound of each name is balanced and flows well! but no matter what any body says- they are your kids names, and have great meanings to you and your family and that is all that matters!! you did pick great names and i like them all! ♥

Is there a double-name fashion that I am unaware of?
Anyway, Max William implies there is no more William than him - he's the max.
Mia Grace - lovely.
Both Dylan and James are fine.
Naming your child after someone who was diagnosed with cancer the day you found out you were pregnant gives me the shivers. I suppose you're not supersticious at all!
Is your mom ok?

I think they are wonderful names. I can't believe people actually have criticized them. Max is my cousin. Mia is simply beautiful. Anna is my grandmother. Sophia is my bestfriend. Dylan is my future baby boy's name. Jame's is my husband's name.

Those are good strong names. Who ever criticizes them needs to have their head examined. I particularly like the name James. It was my father's name. And Anna was my grandmother's name.

i think they are all very pretty names! the most important thing tho is that they are all named after people that are important to YOU! i am pregnant with my baby girl now (and after five boys its a really special thing lol) and when we were trying to decide what to name her, i was worried bout what people would think of the name and it bothered me when others said they didnt really like it but after thinking about it me and my fiance decided that it doesnt really matter what anyone else thinks. we are choosing the name cuz its the ONLY girl on both sides of our family and we want her to be named after my mom and his mom but we want haylee as her first name. so we decided to go ahead and go with haylee anne marie, cuz it has meaning to us. there are always going to be some out there that like it and others that dont, not everyone has the same taste, and thats ok!!!!

um... am I missing something here? They all sound sooo beautiful together, all 4 combinations! And the pairing of one syllable name with three, 2 with 1, 2 with three, and lastly 2 with one.... makes them musical sounding and rhythmically flowing. You did GREAT!... so give yourself 4 pats on the back!!!!! they're making something that is perfectly and well done into something problematic. Not your problem.
