which country does the currency code RS belong to?

Rs. means Rupees (as Dollars in U.S.A., Canada, Singapore, etc.). Rupees currency is for INDIA, PAKISTAN, SRI LANKA (and may be Bangla Desh, not sure).

For each country we have Indian rupees, Pakistan rupees and Lankan rupees. Each of these currency has different exchange rate. For example, on an average Indian rupees 45 = 1 U.S. Dollar, whereas for Pakistan it may be rupees 55 = 1 U.S. Dollar.
