Because you are too focussed on the tasks that you are working on, hence your brain and body are more immersed in space than time.

My watch broke about 2 months ago and now my days seem to go by so fast. I do plan my day out in outlook and just follow what I have to do. I surprisingly am getting a lot more done and worrying less about what the exact time is, which can be a tendency to do when the time is on your wrist.

Because your mind is otherwise occupied.

Tape or better yet Super Glue some LED watches to the inside of old sunglasses, then when when you have them on it will be FAST. Take them off it will slow down.
Throw them and watch TIME FLY!
