If they are Venetian blinds that are plastic or metal here is the best way. On a sunny day remove a set of blinds and hang them outside on a close-line. If they are metal, spray a test spot with foaming bathroom cleaner (to make sure it doesn't harm the paint). Spray them with foaming bathroom cleaner. Let sit for a few minutes, then hose them off and let them air dry. Rehang them and start on the next set. This is more thorough and easier than trying to dust them individually.

This is for blinds that will fit into your bath tub. Place a bath towel on the bottom of your bath tub (to protect it from scratches). Fill the tub with 6 inches of water and some washing detergent.
First, take off the clear rod on the side that close the blind (you have to push up the clear plastic to remove the small S hook attached to the rod) On the very top where the blind is hooked up to the wall, pull the metal part towards you to open it up so you can take the whole blind out of the wall attachment.
Dip the blind in and out of the tub several times. Use a sponge to wipe up the dirt and grime. Change the water and rinse the blind.
Using a portable wooden clothes dryer, hang your blind on it in your tub until dry. Or dry them any place you can hang the blind without damaging it. Sometimes you have to separate the blinds where they cling together. The above instructions are for metal blinds.

take them off, fill up a bucket with water and bleach, pour it on the blinds, let sit for 10 to 20 minutes, then blast the blinds with a hose... dry with an old towel and hang back on...
disclaimer: do not use bleach if the blinds are anything but plastic!!!
you can always do it the cop-out way by getting a feather duster and dusting it that way or spraying the blinds with 409 or something and wiping each blind individually with paper towels or with a hand towel or old beach towel, etc...
other than that, all other methods are pretty much a waste of time and your blinds are better off dirty. hope this helps sweetie!

For plastic or metal blinds, you can take them outside, spray them down really well with Fantastick! and let it set for a few minutes, then take your water hose with a hard jet stream and spray them off. Then let them dry in the sun. I do this every spring and fall. In between those times, use a swiffer duster or pledge duster to remove dust, or spray some windex on a paper towel, close the blinds and give them a quick wipe!

Just buy one of those swiffer dust things. The little handheld one that will fit between the blinds. It's never easy, but probably the best bang for your buck.
Open the blinds and dust them. It's gonna work as good as anything. Plus, no chemicals, just slap the dusting thing on the handle and when your done, pull it off and throw it away.

Well ok, lets start, if they are shutter blinds thn i recomend you use a duster or dry cloth to get the dust away. But if its normal blinds then a damp cloth with a spray of Polish on the blind would help... WARNING: DO NOT PUT BLEACH OR POLISH ON BLINDS THAT ARE MADE OF SOFT MATERIAL... E.G WOOL, SILK, COTTON ETC...

When it’s nice out I have taken them to a car wash and hit them with the power washer. Bring quarters.
