Without any link suddenly we feel lonely after that we are depressed ? What's the solution of it ?

I think the solution to loneliness is activity. When you keep yourself busy with activities, you never get an opportunity to fall into depression.

Loneliness is common when you are idle and having nothing to do or think about. Each time you fall prey to loneliness, you must push yourself to get out it and keep yourself occupied with activities such as .. cooking, dancing, watching movies, jogging, working out at the gym, hang out with friends and lots more.

One must keep having a positive attitude and a will to fight against depression.

It is always good to have a close friend.. so that you can share all your thoughts and troubles with that person.

Hey make some good friends...
And if this doesn't help then do some creating things... Join some good course in music or dance and have fun...
A mind with imagination is never alone... So imagine a few good things.... all the best...

lonely is a feeling you can feel even when you are around people. it can be bad as well. but you could try listening to music. or calling your date out for a meal.

only looking at the negivtive...
occupy yourself with something.. a friend, a book, videos/PC games. a journal is a good idea too or even the bible
