I just love the whole "he was doing it for medical reasons" spin. I don't recall ever seeing anything about people using HGH to treat rotator cuff injuries. Seriously.
And considering Rocker wasn't exactly the guy with the most moral fiber I'm not shocked at all:

Who cares? He is one of many some still playing that have used performance enhancing drugs. Baseball keeps sweeping it under the carpet. They need to have tough rules such as blood testing and ban these players. All sports shy away from this since so much money is involved.
