Which restaurant would u choose that is in brookings? Fely's or apple peddler?

I live in Roseburg and visit friends in Brookings quite often. They recommended Fely's. And I liked it.

Yeah, it's a greasy spoon, but it has character. The Apple Peddlers in Eugene, Roseburg, Medford and, yep, Brookings are exactly the same. There's nothing wrong with either place but they each serve a unique clientele.

I stay at the Beachfront Inn, so walking down the port to Fely's is easy for breakfast. For dinner, I go across the street to the Wharfside. For lunch, I hit that Japanese place on Railroad (sorry, I forgot the name).

When I travel, I like to go to restaurants that are locally owned instead of patronizing a chain.

I know little places to go in just about every town along the southern Oregon coast and I recommend these local eateries to business associates and friends.

Fely's is a great place for a morning cup of coffee and some pancakes. (I've heard their hamburgers are good, too, but I'm already on the road by lunchtime.) I like the view of the ocean, the mumbling of the retired men in the back of the restaurant, and the shuffling of the morning newspapers. The place has charm.

Mexican is nice, yet I even have heard many good issues with regard to the Cheesecake production unit. i've got heard all their food is phenomenal. and you'd be able to get a birthday cheesecake. happy Birthday!?

I went to High school in Brookings, (Oregon) Though I see that you must be somewhere else, forgive me for not knowing where.
I would say Marty's at the harbor, but that wont do you any good.
