Tar & Glue remover! it's great! thats what all car valeters would use..then use T-cut & polish the rest out, use a a buffer (mop) if you have one.. : )

this must be done very carefully because ANYTHING that will take it off will may also remove the original car paint BUT the road paint USUALLY comes off with no damage to the car paint. this is very dangerous because of fire but I use gasoline for it. the gas almost never hurts the car paint but removes the street paint. I would recommend against smoking while using it. lol this process is also very effective for removing road tar

Use a clay bar available in places that sell car wax products, will not hurt the paint like rubbing compounds can.

Turtle wax makes bug and tar remover - should work fine - just remember that it also takes the wax off the car - so you need to reapply wax and buff the area after.

I use kerosene for tar, mild buffing compound for paint
