You should challenge yourself to stay up all night & all day tommorow! You'll be happy to go to sleep 'early' tommorow! It will also be a good lesson in life to recognize that sleep is merely a bad habit!

well i just wonder what age has to do with sleeping - or not being able to sleep.. my 9year old daughter sometimes stays up well after 11:30pm... gues u just need to find something really boring to do that will get u sleepy....

get off the computer, brush your teeth, and get in bed with the most boring book you can find. Works really well with a book you absolutely have to read for some class.

What does it matter how old you are? Everyone has trouble getting to sleep sometimes...but one tip, get off the computer...that can't be helping you to sleep :D

If you have an ipod or cd player, put on your favorite song and lay down and close you eyes. It works al the time for me! Especially when i can't sleep!

If you like reading thats a good way to fall asleep. But if you don't then I usually just put in a movie that I don't like, that usually puts me to sleep.

lay in your bed, turn off everything, and slowly relax every part of you one by one. concentrate hard on feeling everything relax. keep your eyes closed and don't think about anything but relaxing. feel your face relax, then your neck, your shoulders, arms, chest, tummy, pelvic area, legs, feet... all the way down, and then just breathe deeply... keep concentrating on breathing deep and feeling completely relaxed. before you know it you'll be asleep!!!
