OK! every woman is not the same, I had my period and was pregnant 2 months after my baby was born.
Everyone is totally different. You will not necessarily be as lucky as your friend.
someone had told me that happened to her and that is why I believed it and got pregnant instead.
I will not ever take that chance again.
NIPPLES
The cloth needs to be hot not warm, as hot as you can bear it and you have to squeeze it gently with a little olive oil.
Make it a habit to clean your nipples with olive oil as often as you can, it really works and when you see what the olive oil took out you will be amazed to know your baby was feeding on that.
here is what you do, put some olive oil on your finger saturate the nipple and then use a baby diaper or a piece of linen or cotton material, to rub it briskly.
it will remove all sediments and dirt, all and anything that may clog the nipples.
all the best, this worked for me over and over, and all whom I told about it also.

Ididnt get my period until my kids were about 18 months. But my friend got hers straight away and she to was breastfeeding. Everyone is different.
To unclog duct, try having a hot shower and letting the water stream straight onto your breasts, then gently express.
Once out of shower feed baby. Feed baby as much as possible this is really the only way to unclog it. Also try positioning baby so their chin is against the part that is blocked.

I haven't had a period yet and my daughter is 6 months old.
Unclog a milk duct - have a warm bath and then bring bubs into the bath and feed him whilst in the bath - this should work. If not try to pump the milk, but you may end up with heaps of milk for the next few days and that will mean lots of leaking.

i just got mine when my baby was 5 months
I took a hot shower then pumped that breast. I very gently massaged the breast towards the nipple when I pumped. That worked.
