Yes. Johnson was a good choice because Romo isn't a sure thing. He played well last season, but a lot of QBs have one good season and then fall off of the map. At least if Romo regresses this season they have a veteran to put in.

Tony Romo ordinary. there became a reason that he replaced Drew Bledsoe for the duration of very last season. Tony Romo is a smooth quarterback on the upward thrust and Brad Johnson is an previous veteran who actual isn't getting any more suitable positive. I advise Romo could have had a nasty end to the season yet he continues to be a more suitable positive quarterback than Johnson. On genuine of that Romo has a particular chemistry with the completed offense that Brad Johnson does no longer and likely in no way will.

Brad Johnson is an excellent choice for the Cowboys. He not only has a ton of experience, but he is also a leader on the field and off of it. He will set a prime example for Romo and be there if Romo fails to live up to his potential or is injured. Since he has worked under several offensive systems, he is used to picking up an offensive scheme easily. He is also very experienced in coming in off of the bench cold and is the perfect back-up. The Cowboys will be glad they made this move!

To answer the question Brad will be just what the 'boys are looking for, the season he had last year was not entirely his fault as his strength is to audible according to the defense, kinda hard to do that when the coach doesn't let you and the plays are run left, run right, run/pass middle, punt. I am a vikings fan and was appalled at what I was seeing for the plays that were called, he can start and do an offense good and the 'boys have two really good receivers for him to throw to (his voice for Romo is not a bad thing either).

Yes it was now they have a quarterback, in Romo, who can play decent enough to get wins, even if they aren't very pretty, and if Romo struggles Brad Johnson can step in and take control he did it with the Vikings and don't forget that he won a Super Bowl in Tampa.

yes. brad johnson is a great QB and could probably start still ona couple NFL teams. hes won a Super Bowl and has had plenty of playin time last year. if he can get a little quicker and have better instincts he will have no problem filling in for romo if he goes down

yes he was a great choice because he has been in the business for 16 years. he has started , hes been a back up, and hes been a thierd stringer.... hes has led winning teams and losing ones and i think that he will develop romo better because of Brads willingness to start.

Yeah, great choice. The guy may not have the most talent, but he has proven over the course of his career that he is a winner (won SB with Tampa). I liked the pickup, had to do it after we cut Bledsoe.
