I have the answers for doing that via MSN and YAHOO messengers. Firstly, u have to register your mobile number online on yahoo or msn messenger. Secondly, u can only send text messages to friends you have on your contact list. All u need to do is doule click ur contact and click on "send an sms to contact" and its done. :) I hope i made sense.
