hey everyone please help i pressed something and now my computer sceen i mean the picture is upside down! please help

yup this same thing happened to me when my cat stepped on the keyboard.....its ctrl + alt + up arrow

I think I know what this may be. You may have either an ATI video card or an intel video card. But you should see an icon in your system tray. Right click on the icon and look for something called "orientation" Make sure it is at 90 degrees and you should be good to go.

That is either some very interesting virus you've managed to pick up or it is impossible. I have ruled out that your monitor is upside down because you would not have the mental capacity to post this question if that were the case. So, I deduce you are having us on, no?

If you use an nVidia graphics card, it's easy. Right-click on the desktop, click on Properties, open the Settings tab, click on Advanced, click on the nVidia tab, find Rotation in the list, and finally rotate 180 degrees.

press cntrl and (possibly alt) the up (or down) arrow key.
works for some graphics cards. you might need to google yours if the above doesn't work.
someone accidently did it earlier on yours - not a problem though

press ctrl + alt + down arrow key jointly.....and tht will positioned it in the present day.... employing down key..its is going bak to the different way up..!! as such as wht left and appropriate will do!!! wish this helps!
