Shie is my long time friend. It happens that she is our leader in our group. She is a good leader but often she use her power to the extent that we, her members feel as if she's stepping us. When she's near her presence makes us feel infirior to her.What should I do?Her ways threatened our friendship.....

I'd say see if she really is a friend. Put her in her place. If she drops you as a friend she never was one anyways. If she tells you off but keeps you as a friend you can find new ground not taking her crap and still be friends. If she changes then you were a good friend and she is too and life will be alot better.

If she is really your friend you should feel comfortable confronting her on how you feel.
Let her know whats on your mind, before you start turning into a hypocrite and start talking behind her back.
let her know now, call her up.
