I have iTunes on my desktop computer with all my songs on there. I uploaded iTunes onto my new laptop, but how do I trasfer the songs? Is it possible without burning them onto a cd? Because my burner is no longer working.

ok, so i get how to share the songs from my desktop so they are on my laptop..but how do i then copy the songs onto my laptop?

Connect the two computers onto the same network, share your iTunes folder on your desktop, access your desktop from your laptop and copy the files to the laptop.

Burn them to a DVD and then reproduction them onto your computer. and then have itunes upload the folder you copied them into for your library. in case your songs are in a gaggle of diverse places, then it may get somewhat confusing. searching on your ipod, there are ideas of storing information on there that could be copied to diverse computers.
