This Victorian structure was the family home of the Nehru family, this was also where the first Prime Minister spent his childhood years. Now converted into a museum, visitors can walk around the galleries and look into the various rooms, including the one where Mahatma Gandhi used to stay. Adjoining this is the Swaraj Bhavan, where Motilal Nehru lived till 1930 and where his grand-daughter Indira Gandh was born. There's a planetarium within the estate, and a building that has a pictorial display of Jawaharlal Nehru's life.
