Recently several stories have broken, all about a new phenomenon known as The Down Low. From what I gather, the stories state that a lot of brothers are using their "Boys Night Out" to sneak into the back room and have clandestine sex with other men. To make matters worse, these guys are in such denial about their homosexual proclivities, right up until the deed is done, that they won't wear rubbers. Supposedly if they brought rubbers to the party that would signal that they were expecting to have sex - and were not simply overcome with sudden uncontrollable desire.

Absolutely. I know a woman who didn't realize until after she was already married to a man that she is gay. She wont leave her husband because she does love him. She's just not in love with him.
This is actually a fairly common thing. Most of the time the person who comes to terms with their homosexuality will eventually get out of the relationship and find happines.
I suggest reading the book "Living Two Lifes". I think that's the name of it. A lot of gay people hide their homosexuality for fear of not being accepted by family, friends and society in general. Therefore they have relationships with the opposite sex to please everyone but themselves. It's sad really.

It was all over the media recently when the Governor of New Jersey, married and with a child, resigned his Office because he admitted that he was a homosexual. I'm reasonably certain that there are some men in a heterosexual relationship who are homosexual.

Yes and yes. How you identify and who you sleep with turn out to be not totally related. Lots of people that consider themselves straight regularly have sex with other people of the same gender. Many people who consider themselves gay have been in hetero relationships as well. There is no magic barrier that prevents you from having sex with any person once you "declare" what side of the fence you are on.

No it doesn't. Put quite simply, everyone has a sexuality. We choose to define that with 'gay' 'bisexual' 'straight' etc. The truth is sexuality can be more fluid than that. Some people might find relationship they are happy in and choose to define their sexuality that way, but others might choose to be more complicated. There it is perfectly possible for someone into the same sex to also be into the opposite sex. It isn't really that controversial.

I'm a little confused. If a homosexual is involved in a hetero relationship, doesn't that mean he/she is bisexual?

Bad,
As there are many, many instances where there are men (and women) who have been married for quite some time and 'came out' later in life after having children and whatnot, I would have to say that the situation you describe is all too common.

Its called being Bisexual.
If your in to both sexes, it doesn't make you gay or straight, it makes you Bi.
So no, a homosexual can't be in a hetero relatiuonship...becasue he is Bisexual
UNLESS...
you meant a closet homo who gets married or something then realizes he is gay...then I would direct you to look up a certain ex-new jersey govenor named McGreevey
